Napanee River
It is a technical run from Camden East to Newburgh... not for the faint of heart.

Salmon River
The Upper Salmon is a nice technical run. The paddle across Sheffield Lake is brutal though.
Westbrook Creek
There is a great run from the Golf Course and 401 to Collins Bay

This is a great little urban river to paddle in the spring!
