I love adventure, and helping people reach their potential.
I started off with some basic knowledge from family adventures and some scouting experiences, but took the route of self-discovery. In the mid-90s started working with summer camps and in 2001 started Wilderness Tripping broadening to groups outside the summer camp world.
In 2002 I started a canoe camping program at a local camp, Camp IAWAH. The program grew and had a leadership training program. At it's peak we were sending out about 70 kids out on summer programs
I also enjoy hiking up volcanoes in Latin America. This is a great winter activity.
Ben Tripp
Ben is a Canoe Instructor, but as a junior instructor is expanding his skill set beyond the canoe to other disciplines of sailing and swimming. He brings this well rounded approach and lessons learned from other disciplines to his students.
Janelle Warren
Janelle came up through the swimming world and been teaching NLS and first aid courses for years and brings a wealth of knowledge to courses.
Janelle is an avid hiker and hike many trails all over North America.
